Great place for pets

I wanted to write a review about the staff but most of all lesley who is head of maintenance. I had surgery on July 10 2019 and lesley went above and beyond her job title. She was very caring after my surgery she put me in her golf cart and drove me to my apartment because I was not allowed to put pressure on my foot and i was still slightly sedated. So I want to give get a special thank you. I've lived here almost a year and just renewed. It's a great place to live and the whole staff is like a part of my family. They're all just amazing.

Thanks for handling the recent sewer problem so fast, it was nice to wake up to a usable system, thanks again

I have lived here for going on my 4th year. Brittany and her staff are so kind and accommodating and professional. I won't live anywhere else in Warner Robins.

Love the area. Everything is within walking distance. Very quiet area to live in.

Just moved in here in August. The location is perfect and close to everything. The complex is quiet and residents are friendly. The staff is amazing. We're really satisfied calling this place our home. The updates on the apartments are lovely. I could continue but....i think I've made my point.

Bradford Place is the ideal community to stay in when it comes to safety and convenience, but the staff will be nice to get you in just don't have any issues. ,The new manager, Taylor, has a power driven rudeness about her. The 24 yrs old using her position to demean residents. The manager doesn't know how to talk to people, nor respect them and try to show that she is in control and let you know that your situation isn't important to her, depending on what your needs or issues may be. As a manager everyone should matter. I would not recommend renting here, until proper professional work etiquettes are demonstrated. Everyone is not treated fairly. Rapports are not the priority here, Manager and assistant manager will tag team your issue and make it your fault. Be careful and read everything you sign. Some policies may exsist later that wasn't known to you. Be careful.
